Rinaldo Brutoco

Director

Rinaldo Brutoco is a Director of H2C Safety Pipe, Inc. and the Founding President and CEO of H2 Clipper, Inc., the parent company behind H2C Safety Pipe’s breakthrough hydrogen safety and sensing technology. He is also the Founding President of the World Business Academy, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on advancing responsible business practices to address global challenges, and a Co-Founder of JUST Capital.

For more than thirty-five years, Rinaldo has been an international leader in corporate governance, transparency, and socially responsible business innovation. He has authored over 200 articles and multiple books, including Freedom from Mid-East Oil (2007), in which he identified hydrogen as the most promising alternative to fossil fuels.

In addition to founding and leading multiple entrepreneurial ventures, he has served on numerous public company boards—including more than twenty years as Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committee for Men’s Wearhouse—and has chaired or co-founded many mission-driven organizations such as the Gorbachev Foundation, the National Peace Academy, and the Chopra Foundation. He now brings his strategic vision and decades of leadership to guiding the growth and impact of H2C Safety Pipe.
