Mike Harmon
Director
Mike Harmon serves as a Director of H2C Safety Pipe, Inc., bringing more than 50 years of executive experience in accounting, finance, operational turnaround, and business development. His leadership background includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for billion-dollar textile companies such as Galey & Lord, Inc. and Pillowtex, where he oversaw extensive financial operations and corporate restructuring efforts.
From 2004 to 2012, Mike advised Private Capital Corporation, consulting for a wide range of organizations—including high-growth companies such as Nutiva—on strategic finance, operational improvement, and transaction readiness. He later founded Harbor Management, LLC, specializing in turnaround services and facilitating numerous successful company sales on behalf of owners.
Known for his disciplined financial leadership and ability to strengthen organizations during periods of transition, Mike contributes essential governance and financial oversight to H2C Safety Pipe as the company scales its advanced hydrogen-safety solutions.
