Peter Miller is Environmental Policy Director at H2C Safety Pipe, Inc., where he engages with environmental stakeholders, policymakers, and industry leaders to advance regulatory standards for hydrogen pipeline safety and integrity. He brings more than thirty-five years of experience in environmental policy, clean energy advocacy, and regulatory development, with a career spanning public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

Prior to joining H2C Safety Pipe, Miller served as Director of the Western Region Climate and Clean Energy Program at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), where he played a key role in shaping California’s renewable energy policies, energy efficiency programs, and carbon reduction initiatives. Throughout his career, he has worked across sectors to develop innovative environmental solutions and advance policies supporting the transition to a clean energy economy.

Miller brings this extensive policy and regulatory experience to H2C Safety Pipe’s mission to address the environmental and safety challenges associated with hydrogen infrastructure, particularly minimizing hydrogen leakage.
